Sometimes we find stillness together.
The Still Point moves beyond the treatment room through thoughtfully created events, women's gatherings, retreats, Mother & Baby circles and Sound Bath + CranioSacral Therapy experiences.
I also love collaborating with other practitioners and exploring different ways this work can be experienced in community, nature and beautiful spaces.

CranioSacral Therapy in the presence of horses.
An opportunity to experience CranioSacral Therapy outdoors, with your horse free to approach, move away or simply be present.
There is no expectation placed on the horse and no prescribed interaction allowing the session to unfold naturally between client, practitioner and horse.

Wellbeing beyond the treatment room.
I bring elements of The Still Point into workplaces, teams and organisations through tailored wellbeing experiences incorporating meditation, CranioSacral Therapy and opportunities to slow down and reconnect.
Drawing on almost a decade of experience working in HR, recruitment and diversity & inclusion, I understand both the human and organisational sides of workplace wellbeing.

CranioSacral Therapy and Meditation can also be explored by athletes, sportspeople, teams, coaches and those placing high physical demands on their bodies.
My approach isn't about promising better performance. It is about creating space for rest, recovery, body awareness and exploring patterns of tension within the body.
